Frequently asked questions
- When will my order ship?
- Every candle is poured to order. Most orders ship within 3 business days, and you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours leaves the studio.
- Do you ship outside the US?
- Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only, including APO/FPO.
- My candle arrived damaged. What now?
- Sorry about that. Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
- Can I change my scent after ordering?
- Yes, if you reply to your confirmation email within 12 hours. After that, your candle may already be poured.

Shipping
Orders ship from our studio within 3 business days via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days in transit). Shipping is free on orders over $50; otherwise a flat $6.
Returns & refunds
Unused candles in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we’ll send instructions. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
