Privacy notice

StoreSetter is operated by William Vazquez (Blue Monday), Miami, Florida. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

What you send us through our forms or by email: your name, email, shop link, and project details and files you choose to share. We don’t ask for, and you shouldn’t send, passwords, payment card numbers, or your customers’ personal data.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, quote and deliver work, send receipts, and keep business records. If you contact us, we may follow up about that inquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Services we use

Form submissions are relayed by FormSubmit; payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details under its own privacy policy (we never see full card numbers); files may be stored in Google Workspace/Drive. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may log basic technical data such as IP address for security. We don’t use advertising trackers.

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the providers above to run the service, or when required by law.

Retention

Project records are kept for up to 3 years for tax and accounting, then deleted. Ask us and we’ll delete inquiry data sooner where we’re not required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of any follow-up email, by replying to any message from us or using the contact form.
