What exactly do I get?

Which shops do you review?
One Shopify store or one Etsy shop per order. Enter your public shop URL at checkout. We review what any shopper can see, so no login or password is needed.
When does the 24 hours start?
When your payment goes through. You can reply to your Stripe receipt with anything you want us to focus on, like a specific product or a policy you're unsure about.
What is not included?
We don't edit your shop for you, design graphics, take photos, run ads, or give legal advice. Policy wording is a suggestion based on what your shop already says; check it fits your situation. We don't guarantee sales or rankings.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund if we don't deliver within 24 hours, or if you're unhappy with the report for any reason. Just ask within 7 days of your order by replying to your receipt.
Do I have to buy anything else?
No. The report is yours to use however you like. If your shop needs more than a quick fix, the report will say which StoreSetter package fits, and you can decide.
